By accessing or using the services described below, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms of Service (ToS). If you disagree with any provision in this ToS, please refrain from registering or utilizing our services. Your registration signifies your acceptance of all terms outlined herein. Upon clicking “I Agree,” a legally binding contract is established between you and us, and you will be subject to these terms until expiration or termination.
1.1. All the terms and conditions and policies including the Privacy Policy, Disclaimers and any other terms of usage included as a reference herein constitutes the terms of Your usage of the Service and forms part of this ToS.

By registering with Zerotonin and/or utilising its services, you hereby unconditionally agree to be bound by this ToS and all the terms herein including the policies, disclaimers etc., which are incorporated herein by way of reference and if you do not agree to any of the terms, you shall not use the Services. Zerotonin provides a technology platform that facilitates connections between Users (individual doctors seeking employment or professional engagements) and Recruiters (hospitals, clinics, and other healthcare establishments) by enabling Recruiters to publish opportunities and enabling Users to view, apply for, or express interest in such opportunities.
3.2. Zerotonin is not a recruitment agency, does not act as an agent for any User or Recruiter, and is not a party to any employment, consultancy, locum, or other engagement arrangement that may be entered into between a User and a Recruiter. Hiring decisions, negotiations, and contractual arrangements are solely between Users and Recruiters.
3.3. Zerotonin may publish job listings under its own name for healthcare organisations that are not registered on the platform. In these instances, Zerotonin functions as a recruitment partner, supporting the application process and coordinating communication between doctors and the respective health care recruiting teams.
3.4. Zerotonin operates solely as an intermediary technology platform that connects Recruiters and Users. The Application uses automated tools to compare the requirements specified in Recruiter postings with the information provided in a User’s profile and preferences and may display on the User’s dashboard those opportunities that appear to match such requirements, enabling the User to apply to Recruiters through the Application. Zerotonin is not a recruitment or placement agency and does not participate in, control, or guarantee any hiring or engagement outcome.
3.5. No job or engagement is guaranteed. We do not guarantee that you will receive interview calls, offers, engagements, responses, or any particular outcomes through the use of the platform.
3.6. Recruiters are responsible for the content and accuracy of their job postings communications and facilities with the Recruiter. While Zerotonin may carry out a cursory verification of certain Recruiters (which may include basic checks of identity, registration details, contact information, or facility information), such verification is limited and does not constitute an endorsement or certification of the Recruiter.
3.7. We do not guarantee that job postings, Recruiter profiles, messages, or opportunities available through the platform are genuine, accurate, lawful, or free from misrepresentation, and we do not guarantee that any posting is not fake or fraudulent. You agree to independently verify the identity, credentials, terms, and legitimacy of any Recruiter and any opportunity before sharing sensitive information, attending interviews, travelling, making payments, or entering into any arrangement.
3.8. Zerotonin does not verify, warrant, or guarantee that any job listing—whether locum or permanent—complies with applicable legal or regulatory requirements, including but not limited to PCPNDT compliance and other statutory obligations. When you applying to or accept roles through our platform, you acknowledge and agree that you are solely responsible for independently verifying all legal, regulatory, and professional requirements before accepting any position, and for ensuring you own eligibility to undertake such roles.

Your use of the platform is also subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, store, and share personal data. By using the platform, you consent to the processing of your information as described in the Privacy Policy, including sharing your profile and application details with Recruiters when you apply or otherwise choose to share such information.
Any interactions, interviews, negotiations, background checks, credentialing, payments, travel, and agreements are strictly between you and the Recruiter (or other third parties). Zerotonin is not responsible for any disputes, claims, losses, or damages arising from such interactions. You are strongly advised not to make any payments to any Recruiter or third party without verifying legitimacy and receiving proper documentation.
7.1. The platform, including its design, text, graphics, logos, software, and other content (excluding content you submit), is owned by or licensed to Zerotonin Innovations Private Limited, a company incorporated under the laws of India, having its registered office at Building No. XII/290, Kalappuravechamukalel, Ettumanur, Kottayam, Kerala, India and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to access and use the platform for its intended purpose, subject to these Terms. You hereby agree and acknowledge that You shall not acquire any title, rights and interest in copyright and other Intellectual Property Rights in Zerotonin platform, software, source codes, object codes, etc., and the Services rendered, including any modifications, enhancements, modules and support materials.
7.2. You retain ownership of content you submit (such as profile details, CV/resume, and application information). You grant Zerotonin a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, display, and share such content solely for operating, improving, and providing the platform and related services, including sharing with Recruiters at your direction.
We utilise the service of various third party service providers in bringing you this Service. While availing our Services, You hereby agree to be bound by the relevant terms and conditions of the third party service provider whose services We utilise. You may go through the terms and conditions/terms of usage of these third-party services providers below:
9.2. Zerotonin serves as a platform facilitating connections between job seekers and recruiters. We do not make any assurances regarding the outcomes or success of your job search.
9.3. We endeavour to keep our services to be error free and secure however, we shall not be liable for any data loss, corruption or damages cause due to any virus, malicious codes, server breakdowns, hacking etc.
9.4. We do not guarantee an uninterrupted service as the uptime depends on several factors beyond our control including but not limited to your internet connection, its speed and availability, availability of hardware requirements at your end viz., computer, smartphone etc., electricity, uptime of the cloud service where we have hosted our applications etcetera. Services may also be interrupted when some of the contents posted by you does trigger our (including our service provider’s) malicious code and virus blocking system and we take no responsibility of such interruptions even in cases of false triggers.
9.5. We shall not be liable for any default, loss of data or interruption in Services attributable to events beyond our reasonable control. Such events (the “Force Majeure Events”) shall include but not limited to acts of God, fires, explosions, accidents, unusually severe weather conditions, pandemics, embargoes, wars, riots, labour disputes, strikes, governmental requirements, hacking, server mal-functioning, issues with our third party service providers and any other similar events.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Zerotonin shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, loss of opportunity, loss of data, or business interruption arising out of or related to your use of (or inability to use) the platform, any job posting, or any interaction with a Recruiter, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
You hereby agree to fully indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Zerotonin Innovations Private Limited, together with its directors, officers, employees, and affiliates (collectively, the “Indemnified Parties”), from and against any and all claims, demands, actions, proceedings, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including, without limitation, reasonable attorneys’ fees and legal expenses), whether direct or indirect, arising out of or in connection with: (a) your access to or use of the platform; (b) any breach or violation by you of these Terms of Service; (c) any content or material submitted, posted, or otherwise made available by you through the platform; (d) your interactions, communications, or transactions with any Recruiter or third party; or (e) any act, omission, or negligence on your part. This indemnification obligation shall survive the termination or expiration of these Terms and your use of the platform.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the platform (in whole or in part) at any time if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms, created risk or potential legal exposure for Zerotonin or other users, or used the platform in a manner inconsistent with its intended purpose. You may stop using the platform at any time. Provisions which by their nature should survive termination (including disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnity, and governing law) shall survive.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Subject to applicable law, the courts at Kottayam, Kerala shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms and/or your use of the platform.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated Terms will be effective upon posting on the platform (or on such later date as may be specified). Your continued use of the platform after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
